Book Recommendations: Valentine’s Day

Valentine’s Day is supposed to be this lovely thing where you get to spend time with the person you love, and it’s all romantic and sweet and lovely.

I don’t even know if this is something that works out in real life ever. Either you end up single, or your significant other has to go to work, or you work all day, or it’s Wednesday and the middle of the week, or whatever else comes up that makes it hard to actually do the lovey, romantic junk.

So may as well do the next best thing, and pick up some books! So here are my suggestions for good love stories (in my opinion anyway) to spend Valentine’s Day with!

There’s a lot more to this book than just a love story, but it’s super sweet, and the characters are awesome, and it’ll make your heart all happy.

These two books are so good, and have fantastic romance plots in them. Just Juliet is a lot lighter of a story than Loving Lakyn, but both are so good.

It’s super cute, and you can definitely read it in one sitting with a bottle of wine (or box of chocolates).

Becky Albertalli writes great stories for Valentine’s Day.

It’s a Cinderella retelling, and it’s about geeks. What else could you ask for when it comes to Valentine’s day reads?

Sarah Dessen also writes amazing books for Valentine’s Day.

Incase you like a bit of fantasy with your romance.

It’s no secret that I love this series, and there are so many love interests in this book that you’re bound to find one that you’ll fall in love with too.

This is an older one, but it’s a great book, and a good love story for Valentine’s Day.
